The demand to resolve disputes makes legal professionals more and more important in today’s world. Nowadays, there are more and more disputes arising from business transactions and commercial activities which require the participation of legal professionals with specialist experience. For years, we have been representing cliens ranging from domestic and international corporations to financial institutions before courts both at home and abroad.

Through practice of more than a decade, the Firm has accumulated professional experience and established standard procedures to assist clients in dispute resolution. Once the Firm has been engaged by a client to resolve a particular dispute, the attorneys in the Arbitration & Litigation Group will collect all the related documents and evidence to investigate: the background, cause and remedies it seeks. The attorneys will then propose a detailed plan for dispute resolution based on the client’s request, case facts and related laws and regulations. This proposal needs to be confirmed by the client before it is finalized.

It is our tradition to consider various aspects of a case and make choice that is in the best interest of a client. Which alternative is more favorable? Litigation, arbitration or a third approach? How to ensure the maximization of the client’s interest through legal proceedings? Close interaction between the attorney and client is critical during this process. After resolution plan is determined, the Firm appoints an attorney to take charge based on the required expertise. This attorney-in-charge strictly follows the standard procedures to enforce the plan and keeps himself or herself to be informed of the updates and client’s new requests. He or she is responsible for rendering revised plan to the head of the Firm if needed.
