Our practice scope involves both litigation and legal consultation, covering legal affairs in connection with trademarks, patents, copyrights, software, trade secrets, internet, anti-unfair competition, technology contract, technology trade, license, and integrated circuits (IC design). In providing legal service on IPR issues, rendering legal opinion and offering legal assistance to famous multinational and domestic enterprises, professionals in our IPR group have accumulated specialized experience in dealing with IP transactions and have excellent capabilities in handling.

Representing clients in dealing with trademark right disputes, trademark infringements, disputes of licensed trademark exploitation and trademark right transferals;

Representing clients in dealing with patent right disputes, patent infringements, disputes regarding patent transfer contract and patent licensing contract;

Representing clients in dealing with disputes regarding software copyright infringement, commission work and cooperative work, copyright license agreements, copyright transfer agreements, software development contracts, license agreements concerning software copyrights, contracts concerning transfer of software copyright, and internet copyright;

Representing clients in dealing with contract disputes over technology export and import, technology introduction, technology consultancy, technology training;

Representing clients in dealing with litigation concerning unfair competition, such as false advertising, comparative advertising, trade secret infringement, and peculation of names of well-known companies;

Representing clients in dealing with internet-related infringement, domain name disputes, and e-commerce disputes;

Advising in obtaining, protecting, managing and using IP rights; drafting, reviewing or revising IP management systems and IP agreements; planning schemes for clients to invest in the IP area, and drafting, reviewing or revising the agreements related to IP;

Advising on strategic planning regarding trademark or patent protection, investigating and obtaining infringement evidence, issuing opinion letters or statements, and processing the conciliation in the best interest of clients.
