Song Han

Since graduated from Capital University of Economics and Law, Song Han began practising law in Beijing Bonding law firm and now serves as a partner, a memer of All China Lawyers Association and Beijing Lawyers Association.

Han accumulated solid theoretical foundation and rich experience in dealing with various real estate disputes and arbitrations. Han took charge of or as a principal member participated in projects regarding real estate development, transfer and financial investment, trademark and patent. He served as permanent legal advisor for large enterprises such as National Machine Group, Beijing Huarong Investment & Real Estate Company LTD, the Huacheng Years and provided legal service for many material litigations. He represented “Tian Zhi jiao zi”case and was widely reported by many media such as CCTV, China Economic Report and was interviewed by one popular TV program at Beijing TV Station
